ARTZAI GAZTA




It is a farmhouse cheese made out of Latxa sheep´s raw milk that comes from the shepherds and shepherdess own land. Ingredients: rennet, lactic ferments and salt. It matures in a minimum of sixty days.


ZUMITZ




Cheese exclusively produced with raw milk from Latxa sheep, with 3 months of maturation. The cheese is presented to a specific certifier that values color, aroma and flavor among others. If in the tasting parameters the medium score is achieved, the cheese will be considered Zumitz.


LATXA




Cheese exclusively produced with raw milk from Latxa sheep, with 3 months of maturation. The cheese is presented to a specific certifier that values color, aroma and flavor among others. If in the tasting parameters the highest score is achieved, the cheese will be considered Latxa.


OLD CHEESE


Cream made from ripened cheese of Latxa sheep’s raw milk. It is presented in glass containers of 250grams. It is a white, intense flavor cream.


COLD CUTS


The traditional recipe is adapted to new technologies in production processes. Vacuum packed, are presented in packages of 250/300 grams and in jute sacks.
